Lanny Devinnie Barnes passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at the age of 82.

The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia. His funeral service will follow at 11:30 AM in Founders Chapel. A service of committal will follow in Gaston Memorial Park.
