Judith Ferguson Herndon died March 23,2017, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia. She was born Oct. 10, 1942, the daughter of the late Thomas Lester and Fannie Grigg Ferguson. Judy graduated from Ashley High School and Sacred Heart College with a degree in Education. She retired from Gaston County Finance Office. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at McLean Funeral Directors. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. at Gaston Memorial Park.
